Meltdown mind-dump
Proverbs 12:25… “an anxious heart weighs a man down.”
You are never, ever in control. Control is only an illusion.
Finding peace…
* Take your mind off “what-ifs”. Focus on the path/mission. Jesus said in
Luke 21:14, “make up your mind not to worry…”
* Worry never changes anything for good.
* Satan’s tool of fear is meant to deter you from God’s best. Jeremiah
10:5-6
Put your mind on the promises of faith.
Isaiah 26:3… God will give you peace whem you trust him. You don’t find
peace… it is given to you. That fits in with the idea that we have peace
that transcends all understanding.
Faith draws you closer to God. Worry takes you away from God.
Faith changes things. Worry changes nothing.
Philippians 4:6-7
